Severe psychiatric conditions (e.g. schizophrenia, dissociative disorders)
Major depressive complications with psychosis
Trauma-related issues (e.g. complex PTSD) requiring specialist or crisis support
Severe addiction problems
If you’re navigating these kinds of experiences, we encourage you to seek support from a GP, psychiatrist, or experienced therapist first.
