This session looks at how you express yourself, both outwardly in your communication with others, and inwardly in the way you talk to and think about yourself. By developing more balanced ways of speaking and reflecting, you’ll strengthen your ability to monitor and regulate your emotions, inside and out.

Reflect and Prepare

When the video ends, don’t rush back to your day to day. Take a few minutes to consider what you have heard and seen, look back at what you’ve written and accept the feelings you may be experiencing. Notice what stands out, let the ideas settle and carry this with you as you prepare for the next session, which will be released in one week’s time. Remember, your thoughts, feelings and answers are completely private to you.
